Objective: The following case study was conducted to get an insight on COVID-19 & Impact of other factors on Employee Behavior in Australia in Consulting, FMCG – retail and apparel, Education, Food & Beverages.
An Analysis of the Human Resource related issues were conducted and 3 major problems were identified: Retention, Burnout and Mental Health Wellbeing. The current data and cause of the issues are listed in brief here and some potential solution has been constructed in order to deal with these issues. They revolve around keeping the work-life balance and having a harmonious relationship at the job from an employee’s perspective
